Todd Christman, Managing Director, has 30 years of commercial real estate experience including acquisitions, finance, development, construction management, and leasing. As a founding member of the development platform, Todd has been responsible for expanding of the companies portfolio through strategic acquisitions and is active in the overseeing their finance, development and management activities.
Todd holds a Bachelors degree in finance and marketing from the University of Denver. In addition, has been an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and a board member of the San Francisco chapter of NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
Lisa Rucks

Lisa Rucks has 20 years of commercial property management experience, including all aspects of day-to-day management, financial oversight, leasing support, construction management, and tenant relations. Lisa oversees UPC’s Property Management Group, focusing on both capital preservation and long-term asset value enhancement of management assignments at properties owned by UPC and third parties. Her role includes establishing management and operating policies, practices, and standards while supporting all property management functions at UPC. Prior to joining UPC, Lisa oversaw operations at several institutional-quality Bay Area portfolios, ranging from Class-A office towers to urban mixed-use assets.
Kristara Gaignard

Kristara Gaignard joined Union Property Capital in 2018 and is responsible with overseeing the development of Union Property Capital’s Accounting group. Specifically, she manages all property accounting and financial reporting as well as the refinement of the company’s accounting procedures. Kristara brings 17 years of professional experience in accounting to Union Property Capital.
Prior to joining Union Property Capital, Kristara previously held positions as Director of Finance in the hospitality industry with responsibilities that ranged from leading business development, financial reporting, managing audits, tax reporting and cross-functional teams to ensure success and achieving goals. Kristara also has expertise which includes developing and managing multimillion dollar contracts and budgets. Kristara is an innovative thinker, with strong budgeting, human resources, revenue recognition, and tax compliance acumen.
