This LEED Gold-certified Class A office building is located in the Vallco Industrial Park area of Cupertino, directly behind Kaiser Hospital and immediately adjacent to the Hewlett Packard nine-building campus that was acquired by Apple. The building has a dramatic two-story curved glass entry and an extensive glass window line around the entire perimeter, allowing for an ample number of executive offices with exterior views. The 500-car parking is exceptional. When Union Property Capital acquired the asset from an undercapitalized partnership, 10900 Tantau Avenue was 50% leased to Panasonic Corporation. Upon completing the base building construction and a speculative build-out of the vacant space, Union Property Capital leased the balance of the building to Apple.
